We will evaluate the health of your grass and develop a program to make it thick, green and weed free.

We offer a three step weed and feed all the way up to a six step program that requires no maintenance on the home owner. Our lawn mowing service has routine evaluations to keep on top of failing grasses.

6 Step Lawncare & Fertilization Program

Step 1

Spring Application (March/April)...
This treatment consists of a granular fertilizer that will help your lawn green up and recover from the winter. We also apply pre-emergent crabgrass and broadleaf control which will establish a barrier that will not kill existing plants, but will prevent weeds from growing.

Step 2

Late Spring Application (April/May)...
This treatment consists of a slow release seasonal fertilizer containing iron+ nitrogen... Which helps improve color and density. Also an application of broadleaf weed control. This application will prepare your lawn for the stress of summer.

Step 3

Early Summer Application (May/June)...
This post emergent crabgrass control and fertilizer is a slow release granular fertilizer that will help promote a healthy root system and will prepare your lawn for the summer.

Lawn Aeration & De-Thatching

In addition to proper mowing, watering, and fertilization, lawn aeration is an important component of developing and maintaining a beautiful and healthy green lawn.

Lawn Aeration & De-Thatching

Lawn aeration has both long term and short term benefits:

  • Reduces soil compaction

  • Promotes air exchange between the soil and atmosphere

  • Allows for deeper, healthier root growth

  • Improves nutrient (fertilizer) uptake and use

  • Decreases water runoff and/or puddling

  • Penetrates thatch and promotes thatch breakdown

  • Makes turf more heat and drought tolerant

  • Conserves water by improving soil water uptake

  • Enriches surface soil, improving resiliency and cushioning
